On 4 June, EAST CCI of Norway had the pleasure of gathering members at the headquarters of Jotun in Sandefjord for our Annual Meeting and Summer Party.
We were honored to be welcomed by Svein Stolpestad, Group Vice President – Strategy & Sustainability at Jotun A/S. Chair of the Board Ronny Solberg led the Annual Meeting, presenting EAST CCI of Norway’s activities, Accounts 2025, Auditor’s Report, and Annual Report 2025, before guiding members through the agenda and the election of Board Members.
A highlight of the afternoon was the presentation by Odd Gleditsch d.y., Chairman of the Board of Jotun A/S, who shared valuable insights in his talk, “Building a Global Company: Lessons from Jotun’s International Growth, with a focus on long-term perspective and risk management in new markets”. His reflections on international expansion, strategic thinking, and sustainable growth provided valuable perspectives for all participants.
During the Annual Meeting, members approved the 2025 Accounts, Auditor’s Report, and Annual Report, and elected members to the Board of Directors.

We are proud to report that the Chamber achieved positive financial results in 2025, reflecting the strong commitment, adaptability, and support of our members, partners, and stakeholders throughout the year.
The event concluded with our Summer Party, providing an opportunity to connect, and celebrate another year together. It was especially meaningful to mark this occasion during Jotun’s 100-year anniversary year—a milestone for one of Norway’s most internationally successful companies.
