  • Chair of the Board of Directors – Ronny Solberg

The Chair is also CEO of Rotura AS and serves as Chair of the Georgian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Oslo. The Chair contributes broad experience in international business development, cross-border trade, and organizational leadership.

 

  • Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors – Svein Stolpestad

Group Vice President for Strategy & Sustainability at Jotun A/S. He brings deep competence in global industrial operations, sustainability strategy, and corporate transformation.

 

  • Board Member – Ståle Torgersbråten

Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel at Eksfin (Export Finance Norway). He provides strong expertise in export finance, public policy frameworks, regulatory compliance, and international trade facilitation.

 

  • Board Member – Felix H. Tschudi

Chairman and owner of Tschudi Shipping Company. He contributes extensive knowledge of the maritime sector, logistics, shipping operations, and global transport networks.

 

  • Board Member – Jannicke Valderhaug

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Optimar. She brings commercial leadership experience from the seafood technology and industrial automation sector, with a strong focus on international markets.

 

  • Board Member – Svein Åge Olsen

Vice President at Aker Solutions. He contributes deep industry experience from the energy and offshore engineering sector, including large-scale project execution and industrial development.

 

  • Board Member – Roar Paulsrud

Founder of Roar Paulsrud AS. He provides entrepreneurial experience and business development expertise in agriculture sector, with a focus on consultancy and commercial operations in Norway.
