On December 10, the EAST CCI of Norway participated in the Team Norway Business Meeting held in Istanbul. The meeting spotlighted Responsible Business Conduct (RBC), with keynote speaker Dylan van de Ven from the OECD MENA Türkiye sharing valuable insights on the topic. The OECD – OCDE as a global leader in setting standards for responsible business, plays a pivotal role in promoting sustainable practices across global supply chains. RBC is about aligning business operations and investments with societal needs, ensuring a sustainable and resilient economy for generations to come. 🌱

These discussions showcased practical examples of businesses embedding sustainability, ethical practices, and human rights considerations into their core strategies and global supply chains.
The Chamber also took the opportunity to present its recently approved Activity Plan for 2025, outlining key initiatives to promote sustainability, ethical business practices, and international collaboration.
