Norwegian Aqua Cluster
The Norwegian Aqua Cluster (NAC) aims to be a driving force in the aquaculture sector. NAC (formerly RAC) was established in July 2020 by a group of independent companies from key aquaculture technology regions in Norway. The NAC companies represent a range of complementary technologies. The Norwegian Aqua Cluster focuses on the aquaculture sector across various environments, including at sea, in rivers, lakes, and land-based and onshore aquaculture. The current project owner of the Norwegian Aqua Cluster is ScaleAQ, while East CCI of Norway provides various forms of support to the Cluster.

This includes components, machinery, services, suppliers of specialized infrastructure, operating systems, fish feed, vaccines, fish health products and genetics, processing factories, and software.
NAC also includes members who can serve as financial strategic partners and project brokers. The NAC initiative is expected to have a positive impact on regional economies.
